I am ShaDonna “Mo” McPhaul, a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with over 20 years of dedicated service. After retiring, I founded The Mo You Know to bridge the gap between purpose, passion, and promotion by helping entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and businesses amplify their stories. My military background instilled in me strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, which I apply daily to empower clients and build authentic community connections.

With extensive experience in customer service, human resources management, event coordination, and project management, I lead The Mo You Know with a mission-driven approach focused on integrity and excellence. I’m passionate about media relations, public relations, and community engagement, and I’m committed to helping clients gain visibility, secure impactful partnerships, and achieve sustainable growth in Fayetteville and beyond.
